Machine Description:
1. This machine adopts sealed 4 track cams design, including knit, tuck and miss cams. It can produce many kinds of fabric.
2. The specially designed Iycra feeder makes Iycra setting convenient. In order to make observation and yarn carrying easier, we add a middle yarn transfer ring to this machine. It also keeps operator’s head from touching the yarn. In addition, the yarn carrying is so smooth and stable that can meet the requirement of running at high speed.
3. The cylinder can be replaced more convenient because of the humanized structure design. Besides, with different collocation of cams and needle, this machine can be used to produce different fabrics such as silk cover cotton, small stripe fabric, single/double pique mesh, cave and convex cloth, single fleece, twill fabric.
4. This machine is universal. It is able to change into 3-thread-fleece or terry knitting machine by changing cylinder, cams and needles.
